Veterinary Technician

AAHA Accredited and Fear Free Certified small animal clinic located in Boston and Brookline, MA is in need of full-time and part-time Veterinary Technicians in the field of veterinary medicine. This practice requires someone who has great client service skills, has a happy disposition, lots of energy and a sincere desire to help people and their pets. Preference will be given to applicants with surgical and anesthesia experience and who are CVT or LVTs.

Client Services Representative Manager

The Veterinary Client Services Manager provides top notch client service for clients and pets and serves as the leader of the reception team. Receptionists interact with clients, pets and veterinarians, veterinary assistants and the management team. Receptionists answer and triage phone calls, schedule appointments, check clients in for appointments, manage record requests and handle financial transactions. The exceptional receptionist manager has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding while working to maintain a positive team environment within the hospital. The Manager will work with the office manager to create the Client Service Representative Schedule (CSR) and to find coverage when CSRs call out. The manager will address client complaints and concerns, CSR reviews and staffing concerns in partnership with the Office Manager and Senior Management and monitor continuity of Client Care. Preference will be give to candidates with previous veterinary management and/or supervisory experience.
